Meet The Pastor
Lead Pastor Justin Thomas
Justin and Freda Thomas have been with HCF for 15 years, and they have three children – Ethan (16), Haven (14), & Elijah (12).
Justin was born and raised in California, and moved to Maryland in 1991, where he met Freda, his beloved wife. Justin graduated from Messiah Biblical Institute of Gaithersburg, MD, and Elim Bible Institute of Lima, NY.
They have lived in Frederick for many years and love the people. Their life message is for all people to daily experience the person of Jesus Christ and offer His Heaven to others. They love the presence of God and are only blessed to follow Him.
On a personal note.....
I also hope you will visit us on a Sunday morning to get a sense of who we are in the county. Looking for a congregation to worship and grow with is a daunting challenge, but I know that you, and God in you, are up to the challenge. If one can summarize a church culture, I believe our people reflect the values of the Presence of God, Healing, Missions, and our Children.
It’s hard to explain a church culture with only words, but I believe our greatest fruit is His pleasure with us, and His continual advance of His purposes around us. Please join us and see what God would do.
