Hope International Church

I have really grown spiritually in this church. The people are sincere followers of Jesus, the preaching and teaching are true to the Bible and worship is a heart-felt expression of love for our Lord. Everyone is really friendly and they enjoy talking with one another long after worship is over. This is a great place for both adult singles and families to grow in spiritual maturity and make good friends. Check out their website.

This church has been a huge blessing to me since I moved to Watertown in 2005. If you want to experience the love of Jesus in a tangible way, this is the place for you! If you want solid teaching that does not compromise on the Bible's truth or relevance in a changing culture, this is the place for you!

This is an excellent Bible-believing Evangelical Free church which seeks to live out its faith in daily life. It's committed to reaching out to the world with the Gospel, building up those who believe in Jesus, and equipping them to reach others- Win, Build, Send. The church has offered free English classes to immigrants for decades, helps out Native Americans in South Dakota in one of the poorest areas of the nation, and helps out the poor and homeless in this area. The pastor has worked at a psychiatric hospital in the past and has helped out there also.

I attended this church a decade ago. I was given the cold shoulder by the members of this church because I have an autistic spectrum disability & don't make much money. Once my disability was noticed by the snobby members of this church they all started ignoring me. Not one church member could say hi to a mentally disabled woman. And when they had church social events I was always left out. Not very Christian. What would Jesus think. The snobby people of this church are only welcoming to normal functioning people who make decent money. This church discriminates against the mentally handicapped. Again, not very Christian.
