My family and I are new to the area and we were looking for a new church home. We visited Dallas Ave. Baptist and recieved an extremely cold and unwelcoming reception. We are friendly out going types so, we decided that we would say hello to others in attendance instead of waiting for them to welcome us. NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON EVEN SAID HI OR GOOD MORNING back to us. We sat through the service and the entire time people were starring at us and giving us the "stink eye" look. We will NOT be going back there again. If you are looking for a church home, don't waste your time at this place. If you are looking for strife in your spiritual life, I hear there is a lot of animosity between this church and Grace Bible Chuch (I warn against Grace Bible Cult as well).
