I was a member of this church for 5 and a half years. I was baptized in the college ministry during a very vulnerable time of my life (the college ministry). The church employs its college students to evangelize college ministries (specifically Georgia State, Kennesaw State, Georgia Tech) with the mission of getting them into personal Bible studies (with the study series being prepared for them) with the sole goal of baptizing them and adding them to the church. They teach that baptism is required for salvation (which is NOT true) and that you must be baptized to become a member. They consider people who’ve left as “fallen away”. They act very loving and welcoming to people who first enter the church (some are genuine, some are not) with the sole goal of getting them hooked up with others in the church and getting them baptized. They push community, but to the point of suffocation. . Be very careful of this church. A lot of how they appear is a facade to get you pulled in. And a lot of them will ignore and ghost you if you decide to leave.
