My family's history on Daisy Hill/Pekin goes back to at least early 1800s. My Paternal Grandparents were William McKinley 1897-1982 and Phoebe Jane Leppert 1901-1982 Durham. My father,Carl Pete,is one of the only Durhams of the last 225+ years-Not to still be on the Hill ??! He died in 2006,my only brother, David William, I believe died in 2005. I think he is with you and the family. The Leppert/Voyle's go back as far,maybe further. A lot of them are just down the road maybe 4 miles,I think there might still be a small(4-5 burials) plot on the farm !! Anyway,the ONLY phone number I find-8129674858-.
