One cool weekend morning in October 2015 I drove the mobile dental clinic for the first time on to the Happy Church property. I was greeting by smiling faces and warm hearts. My mission was to deliver dental services and a team of professional dentists willing to perform extractions, fillings and cleaning. Our goal isnt just about fixing smiles but letting people know they have something to smile about. When I was 6 years old I heard “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children. And he placed his hands on their heads and blessed them before he left.”- Matthew 19:14-15 and I knew as a child that if Jesus welcomed those children He was also welcoming me. This is the same experience I had after meeting Pastor Michael his wife and the team, that everyone was welcome. The Joy of the Lord is so present there that I am not suprised that the Lane and the Church shared the same Happy name. Although I will be returning to provide more dental services I am truly looking forward to visiting my brothers and sisters at Happy Church. I can't thank them enough for providing such a wonderful atmosphere of Love and Acceptance for all. “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them!
