My family have been members of this Church for many years, with my parents (now 85yrs old) renewing their vows at Calvary, my brother marrying at Calvary, our youngest child and 2 of our grandchildren being baptized at Calvary, etc. over a period of over 30 years. The church was formerly known as "Calvary" but after merging St Peter's Church in Salem, MA with Calvary, it is now called "All Saints of the North Shore". Rev. Marya DeCarlen came on as our rector a few years back, and she embodies all that our parish is....loving, caring, accepting and compassionate. Marya has proven herself to be a dedicated, loving and strong faith leader who lives the Word, encouraging her congregation to go into our communities and our world to serve those less fortunate and in need of care. Marya's sermons move people...as if her sermons are directed to you personally, in a loving and compassionate way, healing and encouraging hearts to do God's work in the world. The people of All Saints, Danvers view each other as family, as well as the world at large. There are many ministries within All Saints, with purpose driven souls looking to serve and address the needs of others. So if you're looking for a church family, where you may heal your heart and nourish your soul, try All Saints in Danvers, MA where we'll 'welcome you home'. “Whatever has brought you here, wherever you are on your journey, you will find welcome for your mind, appreciation for your heart, and nurturing for your soul at All Saints.” -- The Rev. Marya DeCarlen
