I felt the Lord leading me to this church - that turned out to be the most amazing church! This interdenominational church hosted a fundraiser for children's organization, locally and abroad, in which many church members were serving and 100% of funds were designated to help children. I thought surely this is the heart of our Lord. The service was most enjoyable and enriching with a wonderful band promoting deep worship. Pr. JC's gift of teaching is evident as I feel the Holy Spirit prevailing within the whole church, and personally touching me - I am often undone, with tears of joy during the service. Yet the most astounding part is that the emphasis it is not on church leadership, or programs, or products - but on people - the body of Christ using their spiritual gifts! As I was walking through the hall I began talking with a couple. The man apparently had a word of knowledge and asked if I had pain in my hand (though I was not indicating pain in any way, I did have an injury in which nerve damage still lingered). Surprised, I said yes, and they both laid hands on me and prayed, and I could feel God's healing presence, healing not only my hand but other areas too of which he was directed to pray. I cried for the love of God was overwhelming! This couple was not the main church leadership, but ordinary believers serving in their gifts. Yeah! Go-Church!
