Dr Stephen Updegrave retired in 2012... The current Pastor, Dr. Jonathan Blanke, was invested January 2013. The character of the congregation has evolved over the past 20 years. What was an extremely conservative membership has opened up to new and young potential members of varied backgrounds. The energy of new families is intoxicating and widening the mission set. Located just off the main road in Lexington Park, MD it is a congregation of devoted Christians. It has the feeling of having arrived "home", with all the good and comfortable feelings that evokes.
