Since August of 2024 Zion Lutheran Evangelical Lutheran church Pastor Kimberly Nunberg has ignored multiple calls, texts, and emails regarding the safety of children with in the church. Luckily while she was busy firing the only security the children had and taking parents of the daycare to court. (Total of 3 times) the Washington county sheriffs office made arrests, followed through on investigations and removed the threat from the town of Williamsport. Still till this day she maintains the stance there was no threat and even went as far as to calm the lead sheriff on the case a lair. I am a former member of the church and parent of the daycare center. Many good people, teachers, and families have been put at risk due to one persons inability to handle uncomfortable situations. “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.“ ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭18‬:‭6‬ Even after the local police rectified the security issue and did a security walk through of the church. They kicked my kids out of the daycare for reviews like this and have still not followed even one of the many recommendations for security provided by the sheriff’s office.
