I am for ever changed by what was done to me. Disable lady. on limited income of $770.00 a month I answer a ad in the pleasant hill news paper.about 8 9 years ago. in all them years i am on my own. left with what they will not fix. after all I have NO one on my side. I am a nobody. no one cares what they did to me.I am holding a empty bag. trying to find some one who will fix their mess up of what they did to my home... I had a friend who worked for a roof co for 20 years.He was going to put my roof on my home.He made a list of what i needed to buy for my roof.It took me 3 years to save enough money to buy all the stuff, everything on his list., . I had the metal cut to fix my roof. the guy who was going to put my roof on got killed in a car accident. I had no way of putting a new roof on. The church here in Pleasant Hill Put a ad in the P.Hill paper.that they was going to do charity work for the old,and disable with home repairs. you had to own your home, be in the income level. I called the number, I filled out a form, a month later i got a call. They came to my house. I filled out more papers, Two weeks later I was told they would put my roof on. They had a volunteer license roofer who was going to be the one who was going to do the work,, along with church volunteers. He came to my house and look at all that i had. The roofer ask me how i knew what to get, I told him,how i knew what to buy. It took them 7 hrs to tear off the roof. the next day 4 hours later i had a new roof. I saw in the roofer truck stuff i brought in his truck. He lied when he said he used his stuff to put my roof on. My neighbor saw him load the stuff in his truck the day they tore off the old one.I believe him. when he said it was ok. First spring rain it leaked. i got put off each year. Each time i got put off. The roofer came to my house to fix it. Yet it still leaked. My home insurance keeps going up. I had roofers tell me who ever did my roof did it wrong.I called the church they never return my calls. Once again my home insurance went up again. because of my roof. The church know tells me it is not the church who has done this to my home. every one who has had work done to their home knows that it was not just one church but all the pleasant hill churches here in this town. their is 12 churches Because of them i Still need a roof for my home.I had License roofers tell me who ever put my roof on did it wrong. I will not just take their answer to the condition of my home done wrong they tell me they will not fix what was done wrong.If they had a real license roofer it would of been done right. Because the church took this mans word that they had him come to my house. He looked at every thing i had to put a roof on. The church would not need to buy no roofing supplies. The church Is the one i hold responsible for what they did to my home. Year after year, same thing it still leaked. one day i was told buy the roofer not to call him any more. that my was was in good shape. i was told by the church that they was sorry i was not happy with my roof. Know after years of begging the church to fix my roof right they tell me we do not have the money. I am to just sit back and let my house fall apart.
