I pray for everyone, every denomination, every faith. I pray online so am connected to many religious and spiritual faiths worldwide. I have also been very active in many religions and witnesses spiritual leaders who are experts at appearing one way in front of the people but are totally different "behind the scenes". I noticed that very few church leaders respond to prayer request submitted to them. One leader informed me that he would not pray unless I visited his church. I find this disheartening as Jesus Christ, the Leader of the Christian faith never made any "Pharisaic" demands. Despite these things I continue to pray earthwide for others and request prayer. I was delighted to receive a prompt reply from Pastor Semaj Y. Vanzant Sr of Second Baptist Church Asbury Park, New Jersey. Not only did he bless me with a wonderful prayer he also gave me very encouraging advice. I want to re-emphasize that I know many spiritual leaders who view their calling as a status marker and/or an income obtainer. They don't have the love and obedience for Jesus Christ that's so needed for this calling (John 15:10-15). It was wonderful to see a man of God who understands the Love of Jesus Christ and the need for leaders who take time out of their busy schedules just to say "I prayed for you. In Jesus Name". Ironically my family has supported Second Baptist Church since it was built! This is purely God's coincidence as I wrote many churches in New Jersey as well as worldwide. I praise and thank God for men of God who demonstrate the Love of Jesus Christ!
