When we were camping at the nearby Four Mile Creek State Park, my family and I were disappointed to show up and have a kiddie carnival set up (balloons, facepaint, ring toss, etc.) instead of a worship service, their bulletin listed for the morning worship, singing a couple songs, and then breaking off into "fun" things. We left after 10 minutes in shock and disbelief that the command of God (through Paul) to Preach the Word was so readily being tossed aside in favour of being a Sunday Morning Activities day for little ones without any preaching or teaching for adults of any kind.
