My husband and I were in the middle of a big move. The day we were supposed to move out, my husband’s back went completely out. A dear friend of ours who attends West Side Baptist Church called and said to be home on Saturday. He and about 10 other people from this church showed up with a Uhaul and trucks and spent their free Saturday helping us move. We had never meant any of these people before. I cried with thankfulness. The generosity and love we were shown was unbelievable. It was a true gift from God. These people really are the hands and feet of Christ…they don’t know what a blessing they were to us that day and we truly enjoyed each one of them.
