Administration and Staff have an extremely UN-healthy attitude toward members. Several messages from the pulpit have expressed that: "Decisions made by the Board and Pastor are not to be questioned. If so, that person will be prayed with and sent down the road!" HMMM, "MY WAY OR THE HIWAY !!! Any member that goes against the grain of the elite inner circle of this church will be treated such that they will feel forced to leave the church. The board and staff has concerted to make this happen before. After a member is driven from this body, the staff justifies their conduct by explaining or justifying their conduct by rationalizing a tale and convfincing the other staff members to simply go on and not pay any attention to recently left or "forced out" members. This church is extremely clique-ish and a new member may find that they are excluded from activities due to the "Private Club" nature of the board and Staff.
