Pastor Arlie and Wendy Whitlow
Arlie and Wendy Whitlow have 6 beautiful children – 5 girls and 1 boy. Before planting Victory’s Crossing, Pastor Arlie was the Worship Pastor for his father’s church, The Community Church in Ashburn, VA. He then went on to be the Director of Music Ministries at Oral Roberts University, and later served as Worship Pastor for Church of the Redeemer in Gaithersburg, MD. He has a Masters of Practical Theology from Regent University. Currently he is finishing up a Doctorate of Ministry at Fuller Theological Institute. He enjoys spending time with family, fried chicken, reading, golf, and the Redskins.
Wendy spent 10 years as a successful sales representative for Hilit Corporation in Tulsa, OK. During this time she also earned an MBA from Oral Roberts University. Her six kids now keep her on the move, but she still invests a lot in ministry and the community. Wendy especially enjoys leading after school programs to mentor up and coming cheerleaders
