Pastor Jim Stearns
Pine City Christian Church was established in 2012 as a branch of The Love Church (TLC) in Horseheads, New York. Pastors Jim and Linda Stearns were married at TLC in 1988 and were trained at the Love Aflame! Worldwide Bible Institute (then known as Elmira Institute of the Bible). Jim has served as a deacon, and then as both elder and team pastor on the TLC Ministry Team. Having lived in Pine City for over 10 years, the Stearns family have become an active part of the community. A desire was born in Jim's and Linda's hearts a long time ago to see God move in Pine City. Now after waiting on the right timing, they have been sent to establish a Kingdom outpost there with the help of their many talented children.
