The Candler County Soup Kitchen/Candler Area Hunger Relief Mission,LLC is inviting you, along with all of our Christian brothers and sisters to share with us by considering a donation to our prayer and goal to endlessly endeavor to end hunger in Candler County Georgia.
It began as a vision and then went to prayer, God answered the prayer and we put feet on our faith and stepped up and stepped out in faith on our goal to alleviate all hunger in this area.
We need all of the prayers that we can get, we need volunteers to assist us in our goal, and we need financial donations, food , and beverage donations to help keep our mission alive. We ask you to prayerfully consider this request and do Gods will in this matter.
Please consider taking us on as a mission. We are open, right now, for free breakfasts and lunches every Saturday and Sunday from 9AM until 3PM or until we run out of food. It is restaurant style where you can come, sit and enjoy homemade food in a pleasant atmosphere. We are feeding, an average of 1300 meals every month. We conduct a worship service on Sunday at 3:00PM. Our needs are ongoing and our ultimate goal is to be open for two meals a day, breakfast and lunch, seven days a week. We have rent and utilities to pay for plus food. Our needs are, at a minimum of, $1000. a month just to keep our doors open.
We need a regular income to support this vital community outreach mission.
