J.R. has ministered in the Tampa Bay Area for over 25 years. He has been in Tampa at Discovery for 7 years. His philosophy of ministry is that we should BE the church, and not just DO church. As a result we are constantly looking for ways to interact with and minister to the people of Tampa.
