Meet The Pastor
Pastor George Burnash
Pastors George and Margaret Burnash arrived in Crane in 2011, after having lived in Florida, Texas, and California. They met at Bible college near Santa Cruz, CA over 25 years ago and have been together ever since. Called into ministry out of teaching, George has taught history, drama and computers before becoming a youth and associate pastor in Florida, then pastoring New Hope Church in Crane. Margaret still teaches in the public schools, having started as an elementary school teacher, but now teaching Spanish in Aurora, MO. They love the people of the Ozarks, and are enjoying being residents and part of Crane. They have 2 children, Amber and Joseph, who are both graduates of Crane High School and Evangel University, and both are active in the church.
