Father Piotr Rapcia
Fr. Piotr Rapicia is originally from Poland. Fr. Piotr became a priest in 2012. His first assignment was at St. John Brebeuf, Niles, IL where he served for 5 years. Before he came to Saint Zachary Parish, he was at the Newman Center at UIC. On December 1, 2018, Fr. Piotr Rapicia was Installed at Saint Zachary Parish.
As Saint Zachary’s Pastor, Fr. Piotr is committed to inviting and supporting every parishioner to become a disciple of Christ, building God’s Kingdom through our prayer, service, and outreach to others in faith. Working together, we seek to build a strong Parish community where all feel welcomed and inspired by the Gospel to live God’s mission with faith, hope, and love.
Our Parish seeks to offer as many opportunities for parishioners to come together in faith as possible. If there is a personal or family need that arises, please know that our Parish staff is always available to assist you in any way they can.
