I'm so glad you are considering visiting us at First Montgomery! God has been doing great things in our church, and as you consider us, I pray that He gives you great clarity about here He would have you serve. We are a loving family of God and a church full of people trying our best to live for Him. We work hard to make a difference in our community, to worship God sincerely, and to #lovefirst (our motto).
When God called me to First Montgomery, the church was in dire circumstances. Since then, he has grown us family by family. He is still rebuilding us into the church He wants us to be. We have a place for you! Come and see for yourself!
About me:
I was called to ministry in 2011 while on a mission trip in El Salvador, but my background had been in Information Technology. I received my bachelors in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M in 1996 and is pursuing my Master of Divinity from B. H. Carroll. While at A&M I met my wife, Marci, who was studying Elementary Education. We married in 1996 and have 4 children: Grace (Sophomore at Texas A&M), Clay (Freshman at Texas A&M), Laura (10th), and Emma (9th). Marci currently teaches 4th grade at Keenan Elementary.
