Pastors W. Scott and Shellie Creasy
Bishop Scott and Sister Shellie have served the Palm Harbor Church for the last 30 years.
In addition to pastoring Crossroads Chapel Palm Harbor both Scott and Shellie serve in various ministry positions along with pastoring. These ministries include HSMM motorcycle ministry, homeless ministry, men's ministry, women's ministry, WOW Conference, international ministries, prison ministries, and children's ministry.
Shellie Creasy's background is in early childhood education. She holds a Bachelors Degree from Faith Christian University and is the School Administrator at Oldsmar Christian School teaching pre-K - 12, focusing on high academics with a Biblical world view.
​Pastor Scott holds a Bachelor degree in Christian Leadership from Lee University.
Pastors Scott and Shellie have four children that are actively involved in church and church work. They are extremally blessed in having seven (7) grandchildren that are being raised in church and on the Word of God.
