Meet The Pastor
Pastor Justin Feland
Justin was born and raised south of the Twin Cities. He completed an undergraduate degree in Biblical & Theological Studies from Bethel University in 2014. He earned his Master of Divinity from The Master’s Seminary in Los Angeles, CA in 2018 and his Master of Theology at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, MI in 2023. Justin has been married to Suzanne for ten years and they have three children: Melody, Caleb and Micah. Justin serves as a staff pastor of Shepherd Bible Church. He enjoys reading, theological conversation, BBQ, and family time.
Pastor’s Note:
Christ’s church is precious, and it is a joy to be called to shepherd it. I have watched as the Lord has done this work in ways I could not have imagined. I am grateful to him for the opportunity to be part of this new work in Rosemount, MN. We believe that “from him and through him and to him are all things” (Rom 11:36), and we are thereby entrusted with the joyful responsibility of magnifying him in all things. We are not our own, but we belong to the Lord. We calibrate all we do here for the amplification of God’s glory through the life of our local church. God is the radiant center of Shepherd Bible Church. We listen to his word. We trust him through prayer. We live as a transformed community of renewed humanity. We faithfully steward what he has given us. And we reach out to a lost world with the hope of the gospel. We pray that God would use us to make disciples of all nations, that Christ might be glorified among the nations.
