Dr. Gaylord Neal
The founders and senior leaders of the ministry are Rev. Dr. Gaylord and Rev. Dr. Karen Neal who both have their Master of Arts in Divinity. In the academic study of theology, the Master of Divinity is the first professional degree of the pastoral profession in North America.
Their combined ministry experience is 50+ years. Both Pastors, Gaylord and Karen have their Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) majoring in Christian Organizational Leadership.
