God had me start the South Carolina Wedding Chapel in Ladson, SC in a neighborhood nobody would go into, including a local church right across the street. I moved into that neighborhood and each month I would knock on each of the over 250 homes. It took about a year before people would start letting me talk to them. In 5 yrs, nobody was hanging on the street corners or blocking the streets. Most of the neighborhood got cleaned up and people started talking to each other. Most people give me the credit for it, but that is not true. The police set up road blocks twice and got many of those causing trouble removed. And it was the residence who did almost all the work. Now we are in Georgetown, with a desire to make new friends, and we not only invite you to join us in celebration, but it is a personal request of mine. Pastor Jay Randolph
