Church that is like family

★★★★★ ★★★★★
5/5
Though I don't know a lot of Spanish yet, I have been to this church enough to know the people are filled with God's love and the Holy Spirit. Lately, the Lord has blessed me with people willing to help translate the message and I have started to learn some Spanish. I have known the pastors and their family for at least five years, maybe a little more and they demonstrate a genuine love for people and want to see lives changed through Jesus Christ.

Some people dress casual while others prefer to dress up a little bit. Saturday nights the church rotates weekly between a service led by men, led by women and even have special services in which the teenagers and children participate. It's beautiful. Sundays include Sunday School for all ages and worship.Tuesdays are set aside for prayer service and a message.

The congregation is very welcoming and you are treated as if one of the family. If you want to be part of a Holy Spirit filled church and grow in the Lord, come check out this church.

Church like family

I have known the pastors for about 5 years. Their congregation has always been welcoming, which is important because I am one of the few Americans (non-Hispanics) at the church. I have always felt like I was part of the church family. Until recently I was an occasional attender because I was youth pastor at another church. Some changes forced me to look at things differently and I sought a new church. I didn't have to look far ... my only challenge is the need to brush up on my Spanish. Thankfully a volunteer stepped up and offered to translate for me. I love the friendliness, the willingness of the congregation to work together, their focus on seeing the Good News shared with others. This church has helped me to take my spiritual walk to another level.
