Simple Church

Simple Church is a church that is welcoming. The people here just care and love. Jesus taught love and the People at Simple Church are truly "Christ-Like"... as in No judgements, just people that want to lead you to a wonderful life with Christ as a focus. There is a diverse crowd and a casual atmosphere. "Come as you are" as they say.... I have attended for over two years and I fully believe that they have guided me to a good life. Througout my struggles, I believe the best parts about me came from this church. Simple Church teaches life applicable messages to include relationships, communication, true meanings and important messages. I firmly recommend this church and hope to see you there :) xoxo

Simple Church lives out its mottos of, "come as you are," and, "love God, love people, serve the world." I have never felt so welcomed in a church, as I am, without judgement. The heart to love God and love people is there, and as a result, serving the world comes as a worthy by-product. Simple Church is a wonderful place for my whole family, and has quickly become my extended family. This is honestly the first church where I have welcomed people to visit with me, rather than just say, "yeah, I go to church," then change the subject.

my family has never been to a church so welcoming in our lives, from the staff/leaders to the attenders, we have felt so loved and appreciated. we dont have to come to impress anyone, jeans and t's and a backwards hat, is fine for these folks. and We love that!!!

Simple Church is just that...... SIMPLE.
the messages teach us weekley that its not complicated to find and communicate with God, and we are constantly impressed by the Pastors ability to be relatable and honest.

You are family here: we just don't know your name yet. The mission is Simple: Love God. Love People. Serve the World. The message is Simple: We're not perfect, but God can help. The service is Simple: Fellowship, worship, learn and reflect.
If you're looking for a stagnant church with lots of rules, that you have to dress up for, that will lead music from a hymnal with every song in 4:4 time, that will judge you for your relationships, your tattoos, your habits, or your hair (or lack thereof in my case), then you probably found the wrong place.
If you're looking for a church with an incredibly accepting family no matter who you are, that the only dress requirement is that you wear some clothes, that has incredible worship music and honest messages, then check it out.
Church doesn't have to be hard.

...and that's exactly how it feels at Simple Church. We are a growing congregation of around 125-150 people, who love God and all of his children. What brought my family here was the pastor and the way he uses humor to help us learn about God. What has kept us here is the wonderful relationships we have made with folks who genuinely care about you and your family. People are on a first name basis, and you will notice the love from the first moment you walk through the door. This is a come as you are church, and nobody judges you. Wear jeans, wear a t-shirt. You will fit right in. Simple Church removes all unnecessary barriers between you and God. Traditional churches are often more about rules and traditions than actually seeking to learn about what God wants to do in our lives.
Also, the music is ALWAYS fantastic! A full band plays a variety of worship songs from artists such as Hillsong, Jesus Culture, and many others. For a small church, God has truly blessed us with amazing musicians who are filled with the Holy Spirit!
This church is also very involved in serving the local community. We directly support the local Heart food pantry, and partner with local leaders to volunteer all year round to support local events like the Tomato Festival, 4th of July festivities and parade, Christmas events, and breakfast with the bunny to name a few. Chances are you will see us at the next event you go to around town. Stop by and say hi!

I'm going to be honest here... I'm the pastor of this church. But I have to say that there is truly no place that I'd rather be. This church is full of loving, honest, and caring people... a community of imperfect believers who are following after a perfect God. They are real and raw just like Jesus' original 12 disciples.
