First Church Head of Island

My Name is Dexter Farley I live just outside of Memphis TN, i met Bro Billy my junior year of high school during the time he was pastor of Coldwater Baptist Church. Bro Billy officiated our wedding 06/20/81. Billy Minyard is a great man and he will always be loved and admired by my wife and i. oh and by the way my wife & I will be married 37 years this year, we have 2 daughters & 3 grandchildren 2 boys & 1 girl. i do not normally send messages but i have never forgotten Bro Billy so when i located him i just wanted to say thank you for impacting a 16 year old kid back then. Really great church!!! A rare preacher/teacher, who is very well-informed, well-spoken, and anointed! Genuine, down-to-earth great people in the congregation. One of the best churches I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot of them. Yep, this is officially my church home now. So glad to find it.
