Our Mission
Caring for the whole person, loving the whole community, so all may have the opportunity to know the love of Jesus.
As a community, we strive to live and minister missionally, visibly and in solidarity.
We're not worried about attracting people to our Sunday gatherings; we're more consumed with the idea of attracting people to Jesus! So we strive to live the life of Jesus in our neighborhoods and seek to introduce people to God in tangible, life-affirming ways.
We love God, and we love people, and we seek to do both in clear and obvious ways. We embrace people from all walks of life and love them freely, selflessly, and extravagantly, because, as the children of God, we can't help ourselves!
We do not believe that anyone should be marginalized, oppressed, ostracized, or impoverished. We join in the work of Jesus to free people to thrive and flourish in this life and the life to come!

About New Heart Community Church
New Heart's 10:00 am worship gathering is approximately 80 minutes in length and is casual, friendly service where people often walk in late because they're so busy catching up with friends over coffee and treats. The service itself is an almost 50/50 blend of preaching from the Bible and worship through music, which ranges in styles from contemporary praise and worship to modern folk to original music written by one of our worship leaders. During the service, our childrens ministry, AdventureLand, has age-appropriate lessons, activities, and snacks for children and youth.

ABOUT THE SCRIPTURES
We believe the entire Bible is the divinely inspired and preserved Word of God and that men were moved by the Spirit of God to write the very words of Scripture.
ABOUT GOD
We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ is the second member of the Trinity (the Son of God) who became flesh to reveal God to humanity and to become the Savior of the world.
ABOUT HUMANITY
We believe that all people were created in the image of God to have fellowship with him but became alienated in that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, people are incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through their own efforts.
ABOUT SALVATION
We believe that the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. Therefore, God freely offers salvation to those who place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient payment for their sin.
ABOUT THE CHRISTIAN LIFE
We believe all Christians should live for Christ and not for themselves. By obedience to the Word of God and daily yielding to the Spirit of God, every believer should mature and be conformed to the image of Christ.
ABOUT THE CHURCH
We believe that the church is the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the head. The members of the church are those who have trusted by faith the finished work of Christ. The purpose of the church is to glorify God by loving him and by making him known to the lost world.
