About The Cross Church
We are a Modern, Christian, non denominational, bible teaching church. We have a time of music or worship, followed by a bible teaching that is real and relevant to your life. While you are learning, we have a great place for your kids (CrossKids-nursery to 5th grade) to learn on their level.

BELIEFS
We believe there is one God, the creator of the universe eternally existent as One God, yet in three Persons: this trinity is made up of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each has a different role, but they are equal in power and authority.
We believe that the Bible is the authoritative word of God for all people. It contains no errors since it is the truth inspired by God and those truths are relevant and applicable to everyday living.
We Believe in God the Father, an infinite, personal Spirit, all knowing, He is full of love, sovereign, Holy, relational, compassionate, all wise, just, truth, inerrant, all powerful, unchanging, omnipresent, full of grace, knows all things and saves sinners from death by whosoever comes to Him through faith in Jesus.
We believe in God the Son, Jesus Christ, the second person of the Godhead. He was fully human yet fully God, born to a Virgin, committed no sins, performed miracles, His sinless perfection was the perfect atonement through His sacrificial death on the cross for man’s sins, and He is perpetually interceding for His people. After He was crucified, He was resurrected from the dead and ascended to the right hand of God. One day, there will be a visible return of Christ to the earth and the establishment of His kingdom.
We believe in God the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Godhead. He convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment; and to regenerate, sanctify, and empower all who believe in Jesus Christ for ministry. We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Jesus Christ and that He is an abiding helper, teacher, and guide. We believe that all people are sinners by nature and choice and, therefore, are under condemnation; that God regenerates by the Holy Spirit, anyone who repents of their sins and confesses Jesus Christ as Lord. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit and in the exercise of all the Biblical gifts of the Holy Spirit and that Jesus Christ baptizes the seeking believer with the Holy Spirit and empowers the believers for service, often subsequent to regeneration.
We believe in the universal Church, in the living spiritual body, of which Christ is the head and all regenerated persons are members.
We believe that Jesus committed two ordinances to the church: 1) Baptism and, 2) the Lord’s Supper. We believe in baptism by immersion and communion open to all believers.
We believe in the laying on of hands for baptism of the Holy Spirit, for ordination of pastors, elders, and deacons, and receiving from the Holy Spirit through the believer the gift of healing.
We believe in the personal, visible return of Christ to the earth and the establishing of His Kingdom, in the resurrection of the body, the final judgment and eternal blessing of the righteous, and the endless suffering of the wicked.
We believe in what is termed the Apostles Creed as embodying the fundamental facts of Christian faith.
