Billy Arment – Bio
I am a dedicated Christian servant with over nine years of pastoral experience, a little less than three from the pulpit, and several years of biblical teaching (mostly youth). I currently serve as Associate and Youth Pastor at Welcome Home Christian Church in Leesburg, Florida, where I help lead worship, preach, disciple, and care for our church family. My heart beats for building unity in the body of Christ, guiding spiritual growth, and reaching our community with the Gospel.
Prior to full-time ministry, I served our nation for over 20 years as a U.S. Army Sergeant First Class, where I learned the values of discipline, leadership, and selfless service. I’ve also worked in mental health counseling, walking with individuals and families through some of life’s hardest moments with faith, compassion, and hope.
With formal training in both ministry and counseling, I strive to shepherd with humility, teach with clarity, and lead with Christlike love. My greatest desire is to see lives transformed by God’s grace and churches thrive as beacons of truth and hope.
