Encounter Business Luncheon on the first Tuesday of the month at 12 Noon. Join with area business people for Networking, Connection and to hear testimonies from others living and sharing their faith in the marketplace. We generally have a guest speaker also share. Lunch is catered by Louisiana Lunchbox for a suggested $6-7 donation.
Men's King's & Priests Breakfast on the last Saturday of the month at 8am. We serve a bountiful and delicious hot breakfast. Bring a friend with you and your bible as we hear a timely word from Pastor Gary and testimonies from other men how God is working in their life's.
We Livestream all services on YouTube. You can subcribe to and follow us at Encounter Church Pensacola on the YouTube website.
Homeless Outreach Ministry once a month on Saturday from 11 am to 12:30 pm at an off site locations feeding, clothing & helping the homeless.
Pastor Gary regularly provides Wedding Officiant and Funeral Ministerial Services. Pastor Gary & JoAnn also provide a variety of counseling services also (i.e. pre-marital, marriage, conflict resolution, blended family issues, abuse issues, grief and crisis counseling. The church is in the planning stages of opening a licensed daycare in mid or late 2018.
BELIEFS
We believe that the Word of God was inspired by the Spirit directing men to write and reveal God's Plan and Purpose. We believe in God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, a Triune Godhead. We believe Jesus was sent to earth and God became a Man. We believe the only way of salvation is by confessing Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and believing in your heart. We believe man was placed in the Garden of Eden in right relationship with God and by free choice fell into sin and brought evil and death into the world. We believe in Water Baptism and Holy Communion. We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. and being continually refilled. We believe in sanctification. We believe the mission of the church is to seek the lost by preaching the Gospel locally, nationally and globally through evangelism and to build up the local church through discipleship and to support the work of missions. We believe God gives Ministry Gifts, Serving Gifts and Leadership gifts to the church and sets individuals in the church with these Gifts to serve and minister in a attitude of servanthood. We believe in Divine Healing. We believe in the Rapture of the Church, The Millineal Riegn of Christ and a final Judgment of all non-believers. We believe in a New Heaven and a New Earth..
