Meet The Pastor
Pastor Rev. Martha Daniels
Rev. Martha comes from a United Methodist background, having earned her MDiv at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC and served in United Methodist Churches in the DC area before transferring to MCC in 2004. She served at MCC Windsor (Ontario, Canada) for many years.
Rev. Martha's passions in ministry include social justice, theology, and worship. She is a published author, with an article in the Journal of Bisexuality, and is included in There's a Woman in the Pulpit: Christian Clergywomen Share Their Hard Days, Holy Moments and the Healing Power of Humor, a collection of pieces from the blog collective RevGalBlogPals, of which she was an early member. Rev. Martha's interests outside of the church include history, travel, and reading. She has a son Ben, and daughter-in-love Caitlin, who lives in Washington D.C.
