I found this church a few years ago, and didn't know what to expect. The pastor (Levi Lusko) has tattoos and wears skinny jeans, but the teaching was ROCK SOLID. I was actually surprised at his bible teaching, considering he had the look of someone that maybe wouldn't value that. The venue is amazing, they have taken great care to make the space inviting and unique. Also, the worship is world-class, I was once again shocked there! I have 3 kids, and they LOVE the kids ministry. Pastor Levi Lusko also wrote a book about a heart-wrenching experience where his 5 yr. old daughter Lenya died suddenly right before Christmas. It was devastating, and the entire church rallied behind them. The book is called, Through The Eyes of a Lion and I'd recommend it to everyone. Come check the church out sometime, it's amazing and very fresh. No judgement, come-as-you-are, and just enjoy the fact that Jesus Christ died to make it possible for us all to have eternal life--and Fresh Life Church does a wonderful job making that the central theme each and every weekend!
