Meet The Pastor
Rev. Dr. Daniel Lyons
Pastor Dan Lyons has served as a pastor since 1996. The Rev. Dr. Lyons earned degrees from Appalachian State University (BS in History), Duke University (Master of Divinity), and United Theological Seminary (Doctor of Ministry).
Pastor Dan met his wife Krista at Appalachian during their student involvement in the Wesley Foundation Student Ministry Center. They have been married over 25 years and have three children.
Pastor Dan is an avid reader of history and theology. He enjoys gardening and woodworking.
