About Grace and Truth Christian Fellowship
We're a small group of people with a huge vision to bring the gospel of Grace to a hurting, discouraged world. For far too long, legalistic teachings have prevented God's children from living the abundant, joyful life that Jesus promised to us in John 10:10. Surveys have shown that numerous people are leaving church because they've been taught that Christianity is nothing more than a list of do's and dont's. They think that God is a fickle, angry God who's just waiting for them to mess up so that He can punish them.
But the truth is just the opposite. Our God is a loving father who wants and give you nothing but blessings. We are living in the age of grace and God wants to pour out His unmerited favor on us. God's amazing grace is not a teaching, a doctrine, or a movement. Grace is the one who is both man and God, Jesus Christ. Life in and with him is truly joyful and abundant.
To put it simply, we are a church who wants to share this amazing, grace filled life with each other and help a disheartened world discover the true revelation of God's amazing, life-changing grace.

BELIEFS
WE BELIEVE in one God. He exists as the Trinity; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. He is loving, holy, and just.
WE BELIEVE the Bible is God’s Word given to us through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. It was given by God to guide us in all matters. It is inerrant and perfect.
WE BELIEVE that each person’s sin has separated them from God. Reconciliation to God is only possible through Jesus Christ.
WE BELIEVE that Jesus Christ is both God and Man. His conception and birth was thru the work of the Holy Spirit in the virgin Mary. He led a sinless life and fulfilled all of the requirements of the Mosaic covenant and the Ten Commandments. He took all of our sins upon Himself at the Cross, died, and rose again. Today, He is seated at the right hand of the Father and is our High Priest and Mediator.
WE BELIEVE that salvation is God’s gift to each person. Each person has the choice to accept this gift by grace through faith. The works each person does after salvation are pleasing to God but are not required to obtain or keep this salvation.
WE BELIEVE that water baptism is symbolic of the cleansing power of Jesus’ blood and a testimony of our faith in Jesus Christ our Lord.
WE BELIEVE the Holy Spirit comes to dwell in each person after they accept the gift of salvation. He is our Comforter and Helper and guides each person in all areas of life. He blesses each person with spiritual gifts and the empowerment to yield the fruit of the Spirit.
WE BELIEVE that the Holy Communion is meant to be a celebration of Jesus’ death and our remembrance of Him.
WE BELIEVE that God wants nothing but good for each person. He wants to transform, heal, and abundantly provide for each person so that everyone can live a victorious life that impacts and helps others.
WE BELIEVE that the body of Christ is called and empowered to preach the good news of the gospel of the Grace and Truth that is Jesus Christ to all nations.
WE BELIEVE that Jesus Christ our Lord is coming back again and will fulfill all that He has promised.
