Mission: To live our lives fully committed to God and His Word, and equipped to share the life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ with our communities and beyond. Dream Statement: We dream of a community of believers equipped with spiritual gifts, bearing spiritual fruit, sharing the love, passion and grace Jesus Christ, changing livesand impacting communities and other nations for Christ. Our Priorities: 1. To glorify God in all we think, say and do 2. To uphold the mission of the church as given in Matthew 28:19-20. Goals: 1. To allow ourselves and our services to be led by the Holy Spirit 2. Tohelp others accept Christ as their personal Lord and Savior 3. Toencourageothers to know and live the Word of God in their daily lives 4. To nurture new believers to spiritual maturity and Christlikeness 5. To prepare believers for works of service and the fulfillment of their God-given call on earth 6. To equip believers to become compassionate, culturally responsive, disciple-making ambassadors for Jesus Christ wherever they go 7. To support progressive and positive change within ourselves and our environment 8. To promote acceptance of others, celebrate diversity, honor and respectall others.   Core Values Lordship of Jesus Christ We acknowledge Christ as head of the church and submit ourselves and our activities to His will and good pleasure (Ephesians 1:22-23). Dynamic Faith We acknowledge that believing the message of Christ as revealed in the gospel is essential to receiving the grace of God and acceptance into heaven (Acts 4:12). Prayer We rely on prayer in the conception, planning, and execution of all the ministries and activities of this church. (Matthew 7:7-11). Authentic Worship We desire to acknowledge God's absolute presence in our personal lives and in the corporate worship of the church. (Romans 12:1-2) Grace We acknowledge that we are dependent on the forgiveness of God that was purchased in the death of Jesus Christ, that we should serve God from motives of love and gratitude, and that we are to transfer such grace to our esteem for others (Romans 6:14). Biblical Teaching We strive to teach God's Word with accuracy and authority so that all might be saved and mature in Christ (2 Timothy 3:16-17). People We value people as objects of God's affection and will use every available Christ-honoring means to meet, befriend, win, and disciple them (Matthew 28:19-20). Sense of Community We value belonging to the fellowship of believers that produces close friendships, shared lives, encouragement in Christian service and growth, and welcomes new members to this community (Acts 2:44-46). Every Member Ministry We seek to equip all of our people to effectively accomplish the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:11-13).
