About Albany Baptist Church
"Walking together into Christlikeness by His grace" is our mission statement. We are a church working together to be more like Christ and develop community for edification and encouragement in ministry. We are an informal group that is learning how to live for Christ in a world that is difficult. To help us learn to live for and be like Christ we provide the following ministries Sunday School (for children 3 years old through High School), Awana (ages 3-12), Living 4:12 ( Junior & Senior High), Small groups (various times), Adult Bible Study (Sunday 9:15 and Wednesday 6:30 pm). To help us minister to our Community we operate a food pantry called Basic Needs, offer free movies (occasionally), and participate in community Fair and Parade. And to celebrate our God we meet weekly on Sundays at 10:30 am to worship, YAHWEH, the one true God.
