BELIEFS
The Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God.
God exists in the 3 persons of the Trinity - Father, Son and Holy Spirit - who are distinct in role yet one in essence and perfection and glory.
Man is created specially in the image of God, but has fallen into sin by nature and by will and is, therefore, guilty of the just wrath of God.
Salvation from this just wrath of God comes only by faith in the finished work of Jesus of Nazareth, who alone lived a pleasing life of obedience to God and died in the place of sinners to satisfy the righteous judgement they deserved.
The Church is the visible body of Christ on earth, which He bought with his own life. We are to live as a holy and pure people, zealous for good works and for evangelism throughout our community and the whole world.
Our local congregation is led by a plurality of elders, independent from any convention, submitted to the authority of Jesus Christ and His Word.
