Meet The Pastor
Jake McGuire and his wife Rachel reside in Bristol and have four children.
Jake began serving as senior pastor in February 2014 following his ordination in January 2014 at Woodlawn Baptist Church in Pawtucket, RI, He focuses on teaching, discipleship, and administration. Rachel serves as a trustee and in the music ministry.
Jake earned his Masters of Divinity at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and received a Bachelors of Science at Lake Superior State University (LSSU) in Finance and Economics.
Prior to coming to First Baptist Church, Jake and Rachel served together as ministers to college students for Anchor House Campus Ministry at LSSU. Also, Jake served as a Deacon at Woodlawn Baptist Church in Pawtucket, RI.
