The Reverend Joseph Shippen
Hello, I'm Joseph, and I have the joy of serving as the pastor of St. Bart's. A native of Atlanta, I graduated from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, where I met my wife, Suzanne. We have two children. I attended seminary at The General Theological Seminary of the Episcopal Church in New York City, where I received my Master of Divinity, and I later received a Master of Sacred Theology from Sewanee. I have served several parishes since I was ordained in 2005.
