Pastor Frank Mc Carley
Brother Mc Carley was born and grew up in South Texas. The Pastor accepted Christ as his Savior in 1970. He has served in various capacities in the church. He was called to preach in 1978 while in the army at Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo. He graduated from Tennessee Temple University in 1987. He has served as a missionary to Spanish speaking people in not only San Antonio, Texas, and traveled into Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala but also lived in Puerto Rico for 3 years serving with Primera Iglesia Bautista de Levittown (Pastor Hernan Cortez).
Pastor Mc Carley has been working with Deaf people since 2006. His travels have allowed him to help establish Deaf works in Mexico, the United States, Trinidad, and Benin West Africa.
