Welcome to the Church Finder page of Oak Chapel Baptist Church. Whether you live right in Orange, or elsewhere in Orange County (or nearby Madison County or Greene County), I invite you to be our guest and learn more about this good news: that Jesus lived the perfect life that none of us can live, that He died in our place for our sins in order to make us right with God, and that He was raised back to life. If you turn to Jesus, have your mind changed and trust Him as Lord, you can be saved from spending eternity in Hell.
If you have already repented and trusted Jesus as Lord, perhaps you are looking for a congregation where you will be encouraged to live out your covenant responsibilities to God. We hope you will come and speak with me about the privileges and responsibilities of church membership.
God has blessed me with a loving wife, a wonderful son, and an encouraging congregation. I have had the pleasure of serving as the Pastor of Oak Chapel Baptist Church since February 2016. I endeavor to preach the whole counsel of God's Word through expositional sermons where the point of the Bible passage is the point of my sermon. My regular practice is to preach continuously through a book of the Bible from beginning to end, meaning each Sunday I pick up where I left off until I have preached through every chapter and verse. I hope to meet you soon!
