Reverend Father John Cook
Father John is a convert to Orthodoxy with 15 years in ministry. He and his wife, Matushka Tamara, live in the Ruther Glen area. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theological Studies and a Masters in Divinity. Fr. John also served as a Chaplain in the Maryland Defense Force supporting the Maryland National Guard, as well as having served in the US Army as an IT Engineer. A bi-vocational priest, he works as a Computer Systems Engineer in Northern Virginia.
