Lead Pastor Jack and Jacky Wirth
Jake and Jacky Wirth met in Ohio and have been married for eight years. Before moving to Milwaukee, they both served on staff at Adventure Church in Lewis Center, OH, where their passion for building the local church and loving people grew deeply. In 2018, Jake and Jacky followed God’s call to plant a church in Milwaukee called Brave Church. In 2021, Brave merged with MIX Church, and in January 2022, Jake stepped into the role of Lead Pastor, succeeding MIX’s founding pastors, Jon and Elizabeth Strohbusch. In 2025, MIX Church stepped into a new chapter of ministry under the name PERISSOS.
Jacky serves on the PERISSOS staff in a support and administrative role. She brings both heart and hustle to all she does, playing an essential part in the life of the church. Jake and Jacky live in Wauwatosa with their two beautiful children, Ezra James and Cooper Jael. They love their city, believe in the next generation, and are passionate about seeing people experience the transforming power of Jesus.
