Evangelical

The term "Evangelical" is a broad canopy that encompasses many Protestant beliefs and doctrines similar to fundamentalists. It is a movement rather than a church or denomination. Evangelicals began as early as the 17th century and continue to have influence today both in denominational and non-denominational churches.
