Rivers of Living Water Church is a Christian, Spirit-filled faith community of believers located in Virginia Beach Virginia. Our Church has served the Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads community for the past 15 years and is excited about our future in fulfilling the plan of God to reach the nations with the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in the virgin birth of our Lord Jesus Christ as recorded in the Holy Scriptures: His earthly ministry, healing miracles, teaching and preaching, death on the cross bearing our sins and curse of the Law, bodily resurrection and present day ministry as our High Priest seated at the right hand of the Majesty on High, and His second coming for His Church.
We believe that we are saved by grace through faith in Christ and that not of ourselves it is the gift of God.
We believe that we are called by God to fulfill the Great Commission and to serve the purpose of God to edify the Body of Christ through the teaching, preaching of His Word, healing power manifested to undo the works of Satan and to serve His people by serving within the local Christian Church, to occupy until He come.
We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, the nine gifts of the Spirit, and the 5 ministry gifts/offices that the Lord Jesus Christ gave unto men as He ascended into the Holy of Holies to offer His blood as the perfect atonement for the sins of the world.
