We exist to glorify God, the father of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. We serve the Lord Jesus Christ, His Son. Our power to act comes from the Holy Spirit sent by God Almighty. We believe loving our fellow man in a service relationship by spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the main method God provided for His glorification.

We are a small, but vibrant and growing church. We believe in the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. Our only goal is to proclaim and promote the name of Jesus Christ on earth. We accomplish this through personal, local, national and international missionary efforts with the faith and grace given to us by God's Holy Spirit. Jesus is Lord! Come worship with us.

We support local, national and international Missions work. We honor local charities as needed to help provide for transient physical needs.
Spiritual outreach is the main goal, since, "For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?" Matthew 16:26 KJV
Professional Counseling is available. We ask for a contribution to the church in exchange, if possible.
BELIEFS
The Bible reveals that the purpose of the Church is to enable individuals to know God as Savior and Lord through faith in Jesus Christ and to glorify Him through evangelism, edification, education and equipping of the saints for the work of ministry. The Southern Methodist Church seeks to carry out this Biblically-revealed purpose through adherence to the Biblical beliefs and historic traditions of Methodism. This Church shall have a Biblical ministry that will depend upon the power of God to meet the spiritual, moral, emotional, intellectual and physical needs of mankind.
