Pastor Tim Masters originally founded Victorious Life Christian Center in San Jose California where the Lord built His church for 10 years. The church grew to be a vital part of the local community being involved with other local ministries as well as developing ministries in several countries around the world. Now, Pastor Tim brings 30 years of Pastoral and worship experience to Flagstaff, Arizona.
